What is available to me as a registered supplier? 

Registering as a supplier gives you access to Response Manager and Profile Manager. Response Manager lets you view, manage, and track your responses to SQs, ITTs, RFQs, and Call Offs. Profile Manager lets you view, edit, and publish your organisation’s Supplier Profile so buyers can find and assess you. 

I’ve forgotten my login details — what should I do? 

Your username is the email address you registered with. If you can’t log in, click ‘Reset Password’ below the login area and follow the steps. If you’re still having trouble, contact our Service Desk. 

What should I do if I’ve been invited to participate in a tender exercise? 

You should have received an email from the buyer with the steps to follow. If not, log in to your account and click ‘Response Manager’ — any invitations will appear there, and you can accept or decline directly. 

What if I can’t find the opportunity I’m looking for? 

You may be logged in with different details to those the buyer holds on file. Try logging in with the email address the invitation was originally sent to, or contact the buyer directly to confirm your registered details. 

How can I ensure the buyer sees my response? 

You must have completed and submitted your response before the deadline. Check the ‘Responses’ section within Response Manager to confirm your submission status. 

Can I edit or withdraw my response after submitting? 

Yes. You can edit your response in ‘Stage Two: Prepare Response’ — but you’ll need to withdraw it first. Once edited, proceed to Stage Three to resubmit.
